College Football Picks, Predictions & Odds: Texas A&M vs Arkansas Tops Week 4 Best Bets

Last week was a turbulent week, even if it didn’t feature some of the big-name teams. Six teams won as double-digit underdogs and three of them did so on the road. win it Eastern Michigan in Arizona He finished Herm Edwards’ training period at Arizona State University. This is the second week in a row that a coach has been fired.

Each week, I’ll use this space to tell you what I think are some of the weekend’s best bets. I’m also going to take a surprising look at the week, which will be a team to at least say the least for the relegation I pick to win right away.

I’ll also give you picks from other games that include potential College Football Playoff teams. With most teams not playing yet, almost everyone is technically a CFP candidate at the moment. So for the first few weeks of the season at least, I’ll go with the 12 currently top teams in the AP Top 25 rankings.

Apparently, I had a little rust after a week of rest. I was 1-2 in the third week picks, regressing to 3-3 on the season. However, I hit the surprise of the week, 1-1 on the season, but I covered both times. Here are this week’s picks,

4th week picks

number 10 Arkansas opposite number 23 Texas A&M (Arlington, Texas)

Featured game | Texas A&M Aegis vs. Arkansas Razorbacks

This is a variation of the patterns. The Pigs managed to go up and down the field offensively, but watched their defense do the same. Texas A&M is just the opposite. The Aggies struggle to score, and so do their opponents. I think Aggies’ defense will have its way, which may not mean A&M wins. However, I think that means the total stays low. Choose: Under 49

Minnesota in Michigan State

Featured game | Michigan State Spartans vs Minnesota Golden Gophers

Washington He took advantage of the still somewhat porous Spartan defense to score an easy win in Seattle last week. The Gophers play a larger role in Michigan’s powerhouse. Minnesota is primarily a running team and with best receiver Chris Ottman Bell off season, it would be difficult to take advantage of MSU’s pass-through defense. I think the wrong team is preferred here. Choose: Michigan State +2

number 13 Utah in Arizona

Featured game | Arizona Sun Devils vs. Utah Utes

I’m usually ashamed of a team game that just fired their coach. You don’t really know how the players will react. However, I don’t think that’s important here. Utah is still the favorite to win the Pac-12 Championship, and the Sun Devils should be a bit too much. Choose: Utah-14

upset of the week

number 15 Oregon in Washington State

Featured game | Washington State Cougars vs. Oregon Ducks

The ducks achieve a big victory BYU Where everything was clicking. Now, they should try to keep that momentum going in Palouse against Washington State. The Cougars have already won the Wisconsin, so this is not something they haven’t done before. Washington State’s defense would make this ugly and I’d love them to pull off the annoyance. Choose: Washington State +196 ml

Other CFP Candidates

Kent State in number 1 Georgia Choose: Under 62
Vanderbilt in number 2 Alabama Choose: Vanderbilt +40
Wisconsin at No. 3 Ohio State Choose: Ohio -17.5
Maryland in number 4 Michigan Pick up: Michigan -16.5
no 5 Clemson at number 21 Wake Forest Choose: Clemson-7
Kansas State in number 6 Oklahoma Choose: Oklahoma-13
number 7 USC in Oregon Choose: USC -6.5
Northern Illinois in number 8 Kentucky Choose: Kentucky -25.5
number 20 Florida in number 11 Tennessee Choose: FL +11
