BABY Shark LIVE Coming to UIS Performing Arts Center in November

Baby Shark Live!: A Christmas parade kicks off across North America this holiday season, including a special stop in Springfield, Illinois on November 11. Following the success of Baby Shark Live!: 2022 Splash Tour, this limited-edition run will delight fans with holiday classics, Santa Claus and much more.

“We are excited about the wonderful Christmas spirit of Baby Shark Live!: The Christmas Show will be on stage across the country this year,” says Stephen Shaw, tour producer and co-chair of Round Room Live. “We are excited to bring Baby Shark and Santa to families this holiday season.”

This special holiday experience will have lovers of all ages dance the lanes as they join Baby Shark and friends on exciting adventures in the jungle and under the sea exploring shapes, colors, numbers and more. Enjoy hit songs in this dazzling dazzling children’s show, including “Baby Shark,” “Five Little Monkeys,” “Wheels On The Bus,” and “Monkey Banana Dance,” as well as holiday classics like “Jingle Bells” and “We Wish You A Feast.” Merry Christmas and more!

Based on Pinkfong’s viral sensation Baby Shark, the opening round for Baby Shark Live! It launched in the fall of 2019 and ran until it sold out to audiences across the country with record attendance in cities including New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Boston. The show—which has played over 145 shows to date—was a favorite of both celebrities and the press, including The New York Times, The New Yorker, LA Times, CNN, TODAY Show, Good Morning America, and more.

Baby Shark, The Pinkfong’s world-famous song about a family of sharks, topped the charts and reached out to fans around the world. After entering the Billboard Hot 100 at #32, the song had a 20-week streak in the chart and became the only certified children’s song from the RIAA Diamond. The song became an anthem for the Washington Nationals during the 2019 season and continued until they won the World Championship. The Baby Shark Dance music video became the first video ever to reach 10 billion views on YouTube, making it the most watched video in YouTube history. Nickelodeon is now broadcasting Baby Shark’s Big Show! , a preschool TV series starring the popular mega-popular Baby Shark.
